Privacy Policy

Dear User,
Thank you for visiting the SanaCorporate website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
This privacy notice provides all the necessary information to help you understand the purposes and methods by which your personal data is processed as a visitor (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), as well as all other details required under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) on the protection of personal data.

This notice applies exclusively to the present website and does not extend to other sites, portals, sections, or pages accessible via links, which belong to third parties or entities other than SanaCorporate. For such content, please refer to the respective privacy policies.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is SanaCorporate, with registered office at Vico Primo Curia, 7 – 70020 Bitetto (BA), Italy (hereinafter referred to as “SanaCorporate”).
You may contact SanaCorporate for any request regarding the protection of personal data by email at: info@sanacorporate.com.

2. Types of Data Collected

a) Browsing Data
During normal browsing of the Site, the IT systems and software applications responsible for its operation automatically collect certain technical data, limited to the duration of the connection.
This information, implicitly transmitted through Internet communication protocols, is not collected with the intention of identifying the User. However, due to its nature, it could — if combined with data held by third parties — allow for identification

b) Cookies
This Site uses cookies, which are small text files sent from the server to the User’s browser and stored on their device (computer, tablet, smartphone, etc.).
These files are automatically sent back to the server during each subsequent visit to the Site, allowing the User to be recognized and enhancing the browsing experience.

c) Data voluntarily provided by users/visitors
By accessing this Site, you may choose to voluntarily provide certain personal data (e.g., name, surname, email address) through contact forms, email addresses, or messaging systems, in order to access specific services, request information, exercise your rights under the GDPR, or be contacted.

SanaCorporate will process such data solely to respond to your requests or to provide the requested service, in accordance with this privacy notice and/or any specific notices provided when subscribing to individual services.

Your personal data may be shared with third parties only when necessary to fulfill your request, as outlined in the relevant privacy notices, or — upon your explicit request — to facilitate registration processes on third-party websites or applications.

SanaCorporate does not collect or request health-related data, nor any other special categories of personal data as defined by Article 9 of the GDPR (such as sensitive, biometric, genetic, or judicial data).

3. How is your personal data processed?

Your personal data is processed using IT and electronic tools, with appropriate security measures in place to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and protection against unauthorized access.
In particular, SanaCorporate has implemented organizational, procedural, and technical safeguards to prevent the loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of data.

The Data Controller deletes personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case, at the end of the retention period specified in section 7.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing

SanaCorporate uses the anonymous browsing data described in section 2.a exclusively to monitor the technical performance of the Site and assess its functionality, with the aim of improving efficiency and user experience. Such data is essential to ensure service delivery.
The data collected through cookies, as outlined in section 2.b, is used to generate anonymous statistics on Site usage, verify operational stability, and, where applicable, personalize advertising content.
For detailed information on the types of cookies used and how to manage your preferences, please refer to our [Cookie Policy].

When the services offered on the Site are free of charge and supported by advertising content, the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, as provided for in Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
(See section 2.b for details regarding cookies and ad personalization)

When personal data is voluntarily provided by the User — for example, to request information about services, exercise rights under the GDPR, or be contacted — through the contact channels made available by SanaCorporate (such as online forms, email addresses, or chat systems), such data is collected and processed solely to respond to the received request.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Newsletter and Marketing Communications

With the user’s optional consent, SanaCorporate may use personal data (e.g., e-mail address) to send newsletters, updates, commercial offers, and promotional communications related to SanaCorporate’s services and initiatives.
This consent is separate and distinct from that required for the use of the website and is expressed through a dedicated checkbox.
The user may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Withdrawal can be exercised via the unsubscribe link included in each communication or by writing to info@sanacorporate.com.

With regard to the data referred to in section 2.c, collected via email, online forms, or chat systems, we invite you to also consult the specific privacy notices related to each service, available in the corresponding sections of the Site.

In addition, your personal data may be processed for purposes related to extraordinary corporate operations, such as transfers or acquisitions of a company or business units, mergers, demergers, or other transformations, as well as for the management of potential disputes and the protection of the Data Controller’s rights against users or third parties.
The legal basis for such processing is the Data Controller’s legitimate interest, as provided for in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

5. Recipients of Personal Data: Who May Your Data Be Shared With?

In order to pursue the purposes of data processing outlined above, personal data may be shared with third parties, partners, and service providers who carry out activities closely related and essential to the management of the Site and the provision of its services.
If SanaCorporate needs to share your data with third parties (for example, in connection with requested services or user registrations), such entities will act either as independent Data Controllers or will be appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR.

Personal data may be shared with third parties located and/or operating in countries outside the European Union, where the GDPR does not apply. Such transfers will occur exclusively to countries recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection, or to entities that have provided appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR.

If SanaCorporate, due to the location of its service providers, needs to transfer personal data to countries not covered by an adequacy decision from the European Commission, it undertakes to implement all necessary measures to ensure a level of protection equivalent to that provided by the GDPR. These measures include, where necessary, the signing of standard contractual clauses and the adoption of additional technical, legal, and organizational safeguards.

Furthermore, personal data may be disclosed to entities, organizations, or public authorities when such disclosure is required by legal obligations.

6. Your Rights Regarding Data Protection

You may exercise the rights granted under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR at any time by contacting SanaCorporate at Vico Primo Curia, 7 – 70020 Bitetto (BA), Italy, or by emailing info@sanacorporate.com.
The rights you may exercise include:

  • Access – obtain confirmation of whether your data is being processed and receive a copy

  • Data Portability – receive your data in a structured electronic format and, if technically feasible, transmit it to another Data Controller

  • Complaint – lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) in case of a violation

7. Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, as outlined in section 4.
Specifically:

  • Data voluntarily provided by the User for the provision of services available on the Site will be retained for the entire duration of the requested service and, thereafter, for up to 2 years, unless legal obligations or needs related to disputes or requests from competent authorities require otherwise.

  • Data processed to comply with legal obligations will be retained for the period required by the applicable regulations for each type of data.

  • Data processed on the basis of the Data Controller’s legitimate interest will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the related activities and assessments.

  • Data collected in the context of extraordinary corporate operations (such as transfers, mergers, acquisitions) will be retained for 2 years from the time of collection, unless extended due to ongoing disputes.
