  • Digital products/services: eligible only if the service has not been used or activated.

  • Physical products: must be returned intact, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • Defects or non‑conformity: full refund will be issued if the product is defective or does not match the description.

5. Types of Refund

    • Full refund: if the product/service has not been used or is defective.

    • Partial refund: if the product has been partially used or not returned in its original condition.

    • Exclusions: customized products or services already delivered are non‑refundable.

6. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, customers must:

  2. Provide the order number, product/service purchased, and reason for the request.

  3. Await confirmation from the SanaCorporate team with instructions for return or refund processing.

7. Refund Timeline

    • Once approved, SanaCorporate commits to processing the refund within 10 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
